Originally a historic mariner's cottage... "Lamm's End Cottage" is now an entirely modern retreat. Much was done during a year long massive renovation, yet the charm, warmth and romance of a bygone era of old Folly remain. Antique heart pine floors, a tongue and groove wood ceiling and a large private front porch are beautifully restored. The cottage is surrounded by a large deck with hundred year old palm trees popping through the boards.

Lamm's End Cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 7. The master bedroom which has a private bath has access through a set of french doors to the hammock on the front porch. A second bedroom also accesses the porch through a set of french doors. The third bedroom which sleeps 3 people shares a full bath.

Lamm's End Cottage is just a wonderful spot on the island. A short two-minute stroll to the beach and just 5 blocks  to our charming little downtown. Folly's colorful shops, restaurants and her famous fishing pier are all within a short walk of the cottage. The island's only tennis court and a darling children's park-- complete with an old fashioned gazebo, a pirate's ship and the kid's version of our lighthouse are directly behind the cottage. The cottage has a full-sized laundry. Wireless, high speed internet. All bedrooms have cable TV/DVD.

We will consider one small, extremely well-behaved, well-groomed dog that has been pre-treated for fleas and ticks but it must be pre-approved by Beth. A pet deposit is returned after our housekeeper's inspection and assuming ALL evidence of the dog is removed from inside and outside of Lamm's End Cottage.
